Scewo is a young company; BRO is its first product. Other medical supply stores claim that it is quite brave to add such a product to their portfolio. Well, what is your response to that?
As an entrepreneur, it always takes courage to be successful. For a medical supply store, it is enriching to work with a start-up like Scewo. You guys have an innovative product, great ideas, and you do things differently than we used to do in the past. Besides the product, we also benefit from the way such a young company acts and works. Those are two things that we like and that suits us well because we always want to develop ourselves further. On the one hand, we decided to work together with you because of your unique product. On the other hand, your team and your vision convinced us. We are excited about allowing wheelchair users to overcome obstacles without any assistance.
After all, the idea is one thing, the end result is another. In your opinion, what is the greatest customer benefit of using Scewo BRO?
In my opinion, the most benefit for the customer is in fact the additional independence. The ability to climb stairs means even more autonomy and flexibility for them.
Referring to you as the manager of a medical supply store: Why is it worthwhile to add a new product like Scewo BRO to one’s portfolio?
By adding such a product to our portfolio, you can combine several products. Scewo BRO does not only have a unique selling proposition but also meets several customer needs at the same time. Furthermore, we can differentiate ourselves from the competition and offer our customers a new highlight.
In the partnership between Scewo and Häussler, modernity and tradition come together. Why do the two companies nevertheless fit together so well?
The common ground is that both companies have the necessary power and energy to move forward. We love what we do and are enthusiastic about an idea. Both Häussler and Scewo want to move people forward, and that is what connects us.
For Dahlmann, it is also essential to support each person individually so they can experience everyday life as independently as possible. Dahlmann already has many ideas so that regional wheelchair users can test Scewo BRO extensively.
