class=\"card-body\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"22\" data-end=\"504\">Improper use of the Scewo product poses a significant risk of injury to the user or third parties, ranging from minor bodily injury to death. The Scewo product may therefore only be used by persons who have successfully completed the training and passed the exam in accordance with Scewo\u2019s requirements. Such exams may only be administered by Scewo, a Scewo partner, or an Owner (the owner of a Scewo product who does not use the product themselves but makes it available to users).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"506\" data-end=\"905\">Users are required to complete this training and pass the exam and may only use the Scewo product after successfully passing the exam. They are also required to use the Scewo product themselves and may not make it available to other persons for temporary or permanent use, particularly to persons who have not completed the training and passed the exam themselves, even under the user\u2019s supervision.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"907\" data-end=\"1266\">Scewo partners and Owners are required to make the Scewo product available only to users who have completed the training and successfully passed the exam. They must also ensure that, before using the product, the user has read and agreed to the Terms of Use available at <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scewo.com\/en\/terms-of-use\/\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1264\">https:\/\/www.scewo.com\/en\/terms-of-use<\/a><\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n\t\t\n                <div class=\"card \">\n                    <a data-anchor=\"#\" class=\"collapsed\" data-toggle=\"collapse\"\n                       data-target=\"#collapse-res-collapse-block_308bcfd77d28a565ed9c48b471fcefcc-2\" aria-expanded=\"true\"\n                       aria-controls=\"collapse-res-collapse-block_308bcfd77d28a565ed9c48b471fcefcc-2\">\n                        <div class=\"card-header d-flex justify-content-between \"\n                             id=\"heading-res-collapse-block_308bcfd77d28a565ed9c48b471fcefcc-2\">\n                            <p Titel class=\"title-collapse\"                            >Introduction and supervision<\/p Titel>\n                        <div class=\"collapse-icon\" id=\"arrow-collapse\">\n                                                        <i class=\"fa-light fa-plus rotate-icon\"><\/i>                        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                <\/a>\n                <div id=\"collapse-res-collapse-block_308bcfd77d28a565ed9c48b471fcefcc-2\" class=\"collapse\"\n                     aria-labelledby=\"heading-res-collapse-block_308bcfd77d28a565ed9c48b471fcefcc-2\"\n                     data-parent=\"#res_collapse_Feoh5LloyR\">\n                    <div class=\"card-body\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"33\" data-end=\"396\">The only exception to the examination requirement under letter a) applies to test drives and other drives conducted under constant supervision by qualified personnel. In such cases, the user is instructed in the operation of the Scewo product in accordance with Scewo\u2019s requirements. Such introductions may only be provided by Scewo, a Scewo partner, or an Owner.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"738\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Any subsequent use is permitted only under the constant supervision of personnel who have been specifically trained for this purpose in accordance with Scewo\u2019s requirements. Such personnel must previously have passed the corresponding examination in accordance with Scewo\u2019s requirements, administered by Scewo, a Scewo partner, or an Owner.<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n\t\t\n                <div class=\"card \">\n                    <a data-anchor=\"#\" class=\"collapsed\" data-toggle=\"collapse\"\n                       data-target=\"#collapse-res-collapse-block_308bcfd77d28a565ed9c48b471fcefcc-3\" aria-expanded=\"true\"\n                       aria-controls=\"collapse-res-collapse-block_308bcfd77d28a565ed9c48b471fcefcc-3\">\n                        <div class=\"card-header d-flex justify-content-between \"\n                             id=\"heading-res-collapse-block_308bcfd77d28a565ed9c48b471fcefcc-3\">\n                            <p Titel class=\"title-collapse\"                            >Inspection of the Scewo product and compliance with safety regulations and instructions<\/p Titel>\n                        <div class=\"collapse-icon\" id=\"arrow-collapse\">\n                                                        <i class=\"fa-light fa-plus rotate-icon\"><\/i>                        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                <\/a>\n                <div id=\"collapse-res-collapse-block_308bcfd77d28a565ed9c48b471fcefcc-3\" class=\"collapse\"\n                     aria-labelledby=\"heading-res-collapse-block_308bcfd77d28a565ed9c48b471fcefcc-3\"\n                     data-parent=\"#res_collapse_Feoh5LloyR\">\n                    <div class=\"card-body\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Before each use, the Scewo product must be inspected to ensure that it is in proper working condition and fit for use and that the intended use does not violate any safety regulations or instructions communicated during training, in the manual, or by other means.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to carrying out this inspection, users are required to use the Scewo product only if they are not subject to any relevant impairment, whether temporary (e.g. under the influence of alcohol) or permanent (e.g. deterioration of their general health condition).<\/p>\n<p>Scewo partners and Owners may delegate this inspection to users, provided that those users have completed and passed the training and examination referred to under letter a). They are also required not to make the Scewo product available to any user who is subject to a relevant impairment.<\/p>\n<p>No circumvention of safety measures or removal of safety notices<\/p>\n<p>Scewo has implemented various safety measures in its products to protect users and third parties, such as Beginner Mode, and has placed safety notices at various locations. Such safety measures must not be bypassed or otherwise disabled. Safety notices must not be removed or obscured.<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n\t\t\n                <div class=\"card \">\n                    <a data-anchor=\"#\" class=\"collapsed\" data-toggle=\"collapse\"\n                       data-target=\"#collapse-res-collapse-block_308bcfd77d28a565ed9c48b471fcefcc-4\" aria-expanded=\"true\"\n                       aria-controls=\"collapse-res-collapse-block_308bcfd77d28a565ed9c48b471fcefcc-4\">\n                        <div class=\"card-header d-flex justify-content-between \"\n                             id=\"heading-res-collapse-block_308bcfd77d28a565ed9c48b471fcefcc-4\">\n                            <p Titel class=\"title-collapse\"                            >Geographic area of use<\/p Titel>\n                        <div class=\"collapse-icon\" id=\"arrow-collapse\">\n                                                        <i class=\"fa-light fa-plus rotate-icon\"><\/i>                        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                <\/a>\n                <div id=\"collapse-res-collapse-block_308bcfd77d28a565ed9c48b471fcefcc-4\" class=\"collapse\"\n                     aria-labelledby=\"heading-res-collapse-block_308bcfd77d28a565ed9c48b471fcefcc-4\"\n                     data-parent=\"#res_collapse_Feoh5LloyR\">\n                    <div class=\"card-body\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Scewo product is designed and approved for use in certain countries (\u201cApproved Countries\u201d). If use in another country is planned, compliance with local regulations must be verified in advance and, where necessary, any required actions or declarations must be completed.
