Terms of Participation
Important information.
By participating in the referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Reward.
For every referral that results in a purchase, you will receive CHF/EUR 1,000. The reward will be paid once the recipient has completed the purchase of the wheelchair and the referral has been verified by Scewo AG. There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make.
Duration of the referral program.
The program is valid until further notice. Scewo AG reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program if necessary.
Minimum age.
All individuals over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Minors require the written consent of their legal guardian to participate.
Privacy.
The participant agrees that Scewo AG may store and use the participant’s personal data (including name, email address, telephone number, address, etc.) for the purpose of administering the referral program. Further information on data protection can be found in Scewo AG’s Privacy Policy.
Exclusion criteria.
The following are excluded from participation:
- Individuals who are directly employed by Scewo AG or Scewo Germany GmbH.
- Partners and distributors.
- Participants who submit false or fraudulent referrals.
- Individuals who cannot be contacted by Scewo AG due to incorrectly submitted information.
- Individuals who cannot be reached by Scewo AG within a reasonable period of time.
Scewo AG reserves the right to exclude participants from the program at any time without stating a reason.
Legal recourse.
Legal recourse is excluded.
