Process
How we recruit.
We hire people who complement the strengths of our family and who are passionate about their field. But it is just as important that they are a good fit for us.
Step 1 – application
There is no need to butter us up. Just show us who you are and what you are passionate about. Something that is especially important to us: let us know why you want to become part of the Scewo Family. In addition, portfolios or personal websites are also helpful for us in order to get an even better impression of who you are and what you are interested in.
We try to get back to you within two weeks of receiving your application. For positions that are in high demand this may take a little longer. So please be patient with us!
Step 2 – interview
We usually call you first to clarify the initial questions that came up from screening your application. Of course, you also have a chance to ask us questions about Scewo and the job opening.
If both parties are still excited, we invite you to a virtual or personal interview with the team leader and the responsible co-founder.
In the last round you come by for a trial day. You will solve a real task in the position you applied for. Not to worry, it sounds crazier than it is! This way, you get to know your future position, the team and Scewo and get a better feeling for whether you want to become part of the Scewo Family. A win-win situation, so to speak.
Step 3 – decision
If you like what you saw and we like what we heard from you, we officially invite you to become part of the Scewo Family. Then it is time for your decision.

Scewo was founded in August 2017 and is a mobility company that manufactures the only power wheelchair in the world that drives on two wheels and can climb stairs.
