How it works.
Important information
Terms and conditions of participation.
By participating in the referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions of participation.
Reward.
- For each recommendation that leads to a purchase, you will receive 1000.- Swiss Francs/Euros. The reward will be paid after the completed purchase of the wheelchair by the recipient and after the verification of the recommendation by Scewo AG.
- There is no limit to the number of recommendations a participant can make.
Duration of the referral program.
- The program is valid until further notice. Scewo AG reserves the right to modify or terminate the program if necessary.
Minimum age.
- All natural persons over 18 years of age are eligible to participate. Minors require the written consent of their legal guardian to participate.
Data privacy.
- The participant agrees that Scewo AG may store and use the participant’s personal data (including name, e-mail address, telephone number, address, etc.) for the purpose of carrying out the referral programme.
- All further information on data privacy can be found in the data privacy declaration of Scewo AG.
Exclusion criteria.
- Excluded from participation are:
- Persons who are in a direct employment relationship with Scewo AG or Scewo Germany GmbH.
- Partners and distributors.
- Participants who submit false or fraudulent recommendations.
- Persons who cannot be contacted by Scewo AG due to incorrectly submitted data.
- Persons who cannot be contacted by Scewo AG within a reasonable period of time.
- Scewo AG reserves the right to exclude participants from the programme at any time without giving reasons.
Changes to the conditions of participation.
- Scewo AG reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time and without prior notice.
Legal process.
- The right to appeal is excluded.
